I personally greeted you, offered you coffee and candy, and asked you to sit in the lobby since you were at a desk where no one was sitting. However, since you mentioned not having your Medicaid card, I suggested scheduling an appointment for a later date. I understand that this may have led you to think we weren’t able to assist clients, but I assure you we were attending to everyone in the order they called or arrived.
